On April 25th, Harvard BlackCAST produced the fourteenth annual production of Eleganza. Some would call Eleganza a fashion show; in my opinion, however, it is more accurately a complex multimedia production combining dance, fashion, music, and landscape photography with the personal styles of the models to create a complete sensory experience. Eleganza has become one of the largest events produced by students at Harvard every year. This year, Eleganza presented a check for $5,000 to their chosen charity, Boston's Center for Teen Empowerment. I came with high expectations this year - every one of which was fulfilled. Be sure to check out this event when it comes around again next April.
